An inventor and entrepreneur whose work brings engineering, product development and business together.
SHARY NASSIMIA hands-on path
Shary immigrated to the United States on his own at the age of 17. While attending university, he began full-time work at 18 and became a private pilot at 19.
After five years of engineering work in avionics, data acquisition and wind tunnels, he started his first company with $600.
His career has encompassed research, design, manufacturing, sales and distribution. His product work ranges from automotive electronics and access control to wireless intercoms, headsets, sensing and energy management.
From invention to enterprise
Shary created companies including Impact Technologies, International Electronics, Inc. and Universal Wireless Solutions. He has worked across the practical stages that turn an invention into a product: circuitry, firmware, industrial design, tooling, production, marketing and distribution.
Sharing that experience
As a business consultant and expert witness, Shary applies that background to technical and commercial questions involving intellectual property, product defects, contracts, damages and lost profits.
Beyond engineering and business, his interests have included acting, mentoring and personal development.
